The hands-on nature of stone sculpting makes it a wonderful medium to work with. At the same time, it is also a challenge due to the labor intensive processes involved in chiseling various stones.

Clay is a very forgiving material to work with as it is incredibly malleable. You can take it in any direction you like and correct for mistakes on the fly.

orking with steel provides me the opportunity to use a cutting torch to create various shapes and patterns. While this type of artwork is always exciting, the nature of the process leaves no room for error.
